Weekly prices for the apartment are as follows (per booking, and not per person):
Christmas/New Year- 17 December 2011 to 6 January 2012 (£285.00 per week)
Winter/Spring-7 January to 31 March 2012 (£255 per week)
Spring/Early Summer - 1 April 2012 to 3 June 2012(£295 per week)
Mid Summer - 4 June to 2 September 2012 (£355 per week)
Autumn - 3 September to 14 October 2012(£295 per week)
Winter - 15 October to 16 December 2012 (£255 per week)
Christmas /New Year - 17 December 2012 to 6 January 2013(£295 per week)
Rental price INCLUDES our house keeper's fees for meet and greet at the apartment, key handover, providing towels/bed linen AND final cleaning costs.
Our housekeeper will be happy to assist you, should you have queries whilst at the apartment. She is fluent in Spanish, German and English.
We are keen to offer longer term lets during the Winter period (minimum stay one calender month) October to April inclusive.
Only £400 per month to include all bills: electric, gas, council tax, rubbish tax, house insurance, gardening fees, final cleaning etc. Just sit back and soak up the Spanish Winter sun for only £400 a month.
Payment for your stay at Saffron Apartment can be made in various ways: Paypal, direct Uk/Spanish bank transfer and UK bank cheque accepted. Changeover day is flexible. We only require a small deposit of 20% of the rental rate to be paid immediately.The balance (80%) can be paid prior to travel or paid upon arrival to the housekeeper. We regret to inform that the 20% deposit is non refundable if cancellation is made less than a month before your travel. We ask for a low security deposit of £100 which is fully refundable once conditions have been met i.e. no breakages and damage to apartment. Sorry but no pets allowed.
